I recently stayed at this luxury hotel and I was highly impressed. The location was perfect, being very close to the city center and the main shopping area. It was so convenient to be able to walk to all the shops and restaurants. The staff provided excellent service and were always ready to assist. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel also had a beautiful garden area and a large pool, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. The spa facilities were also amazing, offering a range of treatments to help me unwind. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel, as it was just a short walk away from the main shopping and nightlife areas. The hotel facilities, especially the beautiful swimming pool, were fantastic for relaxing after a day at the nearby beaches. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the daily breakfast was fresh and delicious.

The hotel has a very good location, walking distance to Rua das Pedras. Very comfortable rooms and excellent breakfast.

Towels and linens should be renewed. Lots of mosquitos in the room.

Good pool area and well-kept grounds. the breakfast was varied with a selection of bread and cheese.

Rooms are outdated and need refurbishment, sewer smells in the conference area on and off, poor and slow internet connection, rude staff trying to charge extra for small items, such as ice.

Location is excellent, we walked to Rua Das Pedras every night with our kids. Hotel pool and breakfast are very good. Even if the rooms are nothing extraordinary, I'd stay there again.

The rooms need to be upgraded a little, towels and linens need replacement. Cleanliness could be better.

This resort is a fantastic location, being close to both the shopping areas and beaches in town, and even near to Orla Bardot with a stunning sea view. the rooms are large with soft beds, warm showers and housekeeping is always on hand. the breakfast buffet is a highlight, filled with local fruits and traditional American breakfast items. the pool and bar area is relaxing and perfect for soaking up the sun.

The noise level can be high at times.

Tannoy announcements all the time, pool not cleaned during the day, staff not very friendly, my daughters room the key did not work and attempts to fix it were pathetic

Great location with easy access to shops, restaurants, and attractions. Enjoyed the pool area and the breakfast offered. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The facilities were outdated and need an upgrade. The beds were uncomfortable, and the linens and towels were old and worn out.

Location, price, clean, breakfast is excellent. Despite the comments that I had read, I didn't think that it was noisy at all.

Staff was very polite, but a little mistake in the morning almost made us lose our transportation.
